1. Kapil Marwaha : The founder of Munsar Services, Kapil is a Chartered Accountant having served for 13 years in the taxation divisions of multinational Accounting and Consulting firms. Subsequently, for about 3 years, he assisted S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research on a variety of projects relating to the integration of corporate economic and social goals including drafting and presenting a Research Paper at Harvard Business School, U.S., on “Creating strong businesses by developing and leveraging the productive capacity of the poor”. He then founded Munsar Services in 2007. Kapil is based in Mumbai.
2. Nivedeeta Barua : Nivedeeta is a Chartered Accountant and LLB with over 20 years post qualification experience in Accounts, Financial Reporting, Funds Management and Data analysis. She has worked for reputed organisations in the Oil & Gas, Infrastructure & Market Research sectors. She is based out of Mumbai.
3. Sapna Nambiar : Sapna is a Commerce Post graduate and has a Post graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management . She has 9 years of experience in recruitment, human resources management and various admin executive functions. She was actively involved in CSR activities while in the corporate sector and has the experience of working on varied verticals apart from recruitment while in the social/ non corporate sector. She has been part of various humanitarian emergencies programmes during her stint with International Non government organization in various locations across India. Sapna is based in Hyderabad.
4. Rinki Mehta : Rinki has done MBA – Marketing and has over 15 years of experience in Advertising and Market Research. She has worked with University of Wolverhampton, UK for more than 3 years as Market Research Associate. During her tenure in India in advertising she has experience in recruiting candidates relevant for Marketing and Advertising Industry. Rinki is based in Kolkata.
5. Nondini Basu : Nondini is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in Accounts, Audit and Financial Services. She has worked with various organisations in Audit, Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Financial Services and NGO sector. She is based in Bangalore.
6. Shailaja Variar : Shailaja is a Chartered Accountant as well as MBA (Finance) and a certified CPA (USA) and has had over 10 years experience in financial / risk analysis, business outsourcing process management and people management with leading companies prior to joining us. She is based in Mumbai.
7. Anusha Vikram : Anusha is a Chartered Accountant with about 15 years experience including about 10 in Corporate Finance, Audit, Accounts and MIS Reporting and about 5 years in recruitment. She has worked with a Multinational company at Bangalore and also with an International Company at USA as a Credit Controller before joining our team. She is based in Bangalore.
8. Anjana Jain : Anjana Jain is a Chartered Accountant with close to 8 years of experience across areas of Assurance, Accounts and Finance in sectors like Retail and Financial Services sector with renowned organisations/firms. She transited to working in the field of recruitment assisting companies with their Human capital requirements. She has been working in this area for the last 6 years.
9. Mangaiyarkarasi R : Mangai is an Engineering Graduate and has done her MBA in Human Resource & Marketing. She has over 7 years of experience in Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Appraisal, Employee Engagement & CSR Activities. She has worked with reputed organizations in Construction & Logistics Industries prior to joining Munsar Services. She is based in Chennai.
